This isn’t just a photoshoot; it’s a social experiment in chemistry. Whether it’s a spark, a friendship, or just a beautiful story to tell, we capture the raw, unscripted magic of a first meeting.
How It Works

The Application: Fill out our personality and preference form (link below). We use this to hand-select pairs based on vibe, interests, and "energy."

The Reveal: If you’re matched, you’ll receive a date, time, and location. You won't know who your partner is until the moment the lens starts clicking.

The Session: We’ll guide you through prompts and movements designed to break the ice and create stunning, authentic imagery.
What to Expect (The Fine Print)
To make this magic happen, there are a few things you should know:

Social Media: This is a public-facing project. We will be filming the process and the session for our social media platforms.

The Investment: $150 for each person, A nominal fee to cover the location and editing.

Authenticity: This is about real connection. Come as you are, bring your nerves, and leave the "model pouts" at home.
The Art of the Wait
Magic can’t be rushed. Because we hand-select every pair based on chemistry, aesthetics, and shared 'dream date' visions, matching can take time. We wait for the right spark, not just the first one. Once we find your cinematic counterpart, you’ll be the first to know.
Terms & Conditions
By applying for a Smoke and Silver Stranger Session, you agree to the following:

Media Release: You grant Smoke and Silver the irrevocable right to use all photos, video footage, and audio recordings from the session for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes.

Attendance: Because we are pairing you with another person, "no-shows" are not permitted. If you must cancel, we require at least 48 hours' notice so we can find a replacement.

Safety & Conduct: We maintain a professional and safe environment. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior toward your partner or the photographer will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.

No Guarantees: While we do our best to match based on your form, we do not guarantee romantic sparks or "The One." This is an artistic experience first and foremost.

Age Requirement: All participants must be 18 years of age or older.

Ready to meet Background Verification: Smoke and Silver reserves the right to perform a basic public record search on all participants. By submitting this form, you certify that all information regarding your legal history is truthful. Providing false information will result in immediate permanent banning from all future sessions.

The Matchmaking Disclaimer: Smoke and Silver uses the information provided in your application to make the best possible match. However, attraction is subjective. By participating, you acknowledge that Smoke and Silver is not responsible for a lack of "spark" or physical attraction between participants. You agree to remain professional and cooperative for the duration of the scheduled shoot regardless of your personal romantic interest in the other participant.

Inclusivity Statement: Smoke and Silver is a space for everyone. We match participants based on the preferences stated in their application. However, we do not tolerate discrimination, homophobia, transphobia, or any form of hate speech. If a participant expresses discomfort based on a match’s identity rather than a lack of personal chemistry, they will be removed from the project immediately.

Location & Safety: While Smoke and Silver aims to incorporate your "Dream Date" elements, the final location is chosen at the photographer's discretion for safety, lighting, and legal permitting. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the photographer during the session.
10. Ruthfulness & Vetting: By submitting this application, you certify that all information—including your criminal history, identity, and age—is 100% accurate. Smoke and Silver reserves the right to terminate any session immediately if it is discovered that a participant provided false information or has a history that poses a safety risk to the other participant or the crew.
11. No Guarantee of Match or Timeline: Submission of an application does not guarantee a session. Matches are made at the sole discretion of Smoke and Silver based on compatibility, safety vetting, and artistic vision. There is no set timeline for the matchmaking process; we appreciate your patience as we curate the perfect pairing for your story.
